Les chambres étaient spacieuses, propres et bien gérées, avec une belle vue sur les autres installations.le cadre des restaurants était excellent, la nourriture et les boissons excellentes, les services merveilleux, en particulier la piscine, la salle de sport et le spa.M. Hussam était formidable dans son travail,

Ce fut une nuit agréable à manger au Burj Al hamam dans cet hôtel charmant. Mohammed Ishadah est une personne excellente, bien informée et bien élevée. La nourriture est délicieuse. Je recommande à tout le monde de profiter de l'atmosphère et de la nourriture dans cet endroit charmant.

Je suis un habitué du Burj Al Hamam et j'apprécie toujours mes visites. La nourriture est toujours fraîche et délicieuse, avec des saveurs authentiques qui font de chaque repas un moment spécial. L'atmosphère est chaleureuse et accueillante, et l'équipe veille toujours à ce que vous vous sentiez comme chez vous. Je tiens à remercier tout particulièrement Mme Amal Alsmar et M. Othman pour leur hospitalité et leur professionnalisme à chacune de mes visites. L'attention qu'ils portent aux détails et le soin qu'ils apportent à leurs clients rehaussent véritablement l'expérience gastronomique. Hautement recommandé à tous ceux qui recherchent une excellente cuisine libanaise et une hospitalité authentique.
