Today, the Viru Gates still mark the main entrance to the Old Town, allowing pedestrians to enter through the city wall on Viru Street, which is a shopping street and the location of many restaurants.

Ces deux tourelles ne sont que les vestiges restant de la porte de Viru des remparts qui a été démolie mais elles restent un premier aperçu de la vieille ville face à la rue commerçante de Viru
