It's one of the cheapest options for getting around Tallinn (and elsewhere in Estonia and the Baltic States) late at night or to the airport. You download the app, set up your account, enter your point of departure and arrival, and the app connects you with a driver. You receive the driver's name, type of vehicle and license plate, and follow his or her itinerary in real time.
