FERME DES RAUX
At Ferme des Raux, the Gascuel family have passed the baton to their son and three partners. Farmers and bakers, they all work under the Agriculture Biologique (AB) and Nature et Progrès labels. They grow cereals in the fertile Limagne soil, feeding their poultry and transforming it into bread. The result is delicious, free-range guinea fowl and chickens. As for the sourdough breads, they are made from cereal flours crushed on a stone millstone. Take a tour of the farm, by appointment, to learn more about its operations and values.
