SAHARIAN MUSEUM

As much prehistory as handicrafts or insights into the oil resources of the Sahara. This is what you will discover at the Saharan Museum of Ouargla. The latter dates from 1936. With its neo-Sudanese architecture, the museum stands out from the background. You will go through a total of four spaces (a hall and three rooms), one of which exhibits pieces from the excavations conducted in Sedrata in this building. This museum can be visited quickly and will offer you a beautiful overview of the wonders of the Sahara past and present (including its current construction).
