LOUBANA

I spent a week here, it is an amazing experience and the best way to experience the Algerian deserted. Merouane and his TEAM are so welcoming atmosphere in the original home that is right on the edge of the Ksar. It is in walking distance from the centre of town (tiny square with a few shops and market vendors style). One minute walk from the house has restaurant and year 'handicraft shop' has local gift shop.

Staying At Loubana residence has unique experience sitting in the living room with a fire going and fresh tea being made by Mimih listening to music and talking with other tourists and local produce. It feels good to back after a long day's walking in the dunes or the cliffs visiting the area which has lots to discover.

One evening features local, Tayeb multiple came back to make sand gander made of different coloured sands of the region, a charming evening watching it makes the gander and bottles and tell stories.

Sitting on the dune only a 5 minute walk of the house to watch the sunset is delightful and humbling.

Forget everything you has already and in this small treasure that is the Loubana guest house in the heart of a superb city which only has it is worth the detour. A welcome as there rarely does not exist. The places are clean. The small hearty lunch. We had the chance to taste the specialities of the region. a delight! An unforgettable stay including for our three years little girl who were as much than us from excursions and friendly staff who gave into four to surprise us each day. Won bet! We will go back there without doubt... and if you still hesitate SINK! you could not be disappointed.
