This footbridge in Constantine is reserved for pedestrians staggering between the station area and the city center.
With an appearance similar to the Sidi-M'Cid suspension bridge, the Mellah-Slimane footbridge (formerly the Perrégaux footbridge), renovated in 2002 (bridge structure and cable maintenance), was built between 1917 and 1925. It is 125 m long and 2.50 m wide, and is reserved for pedestrians who walk between the station area and the city center, which is reached by an elevator. In the station square, you can see a replica of a statue of Constantine.
