GRAND HOTEL

Very well located, in the center near the post office, it was one of the two "big" hotels of the colonial period. It opened its doors in 1920 after about thirty years of work with its five floors but it has been closed for several years now, waiting for a buyer. The total capacity was once 220 beds, divided into 88 rooms and 8 suites. Marcel Cerdan - the famous French boxer - worked there as an employee and General de Gaulle slept there.

After years of waiting, the rehabilitation work began in the summer of 2021.
