This Oranese song festival celebrated its 10 th anniversary in 2017. Through concerts and shows at the Abdelkader Alloula Regional Theater in Oran, he highlights music and Oranese music in all their richness. In 2017, a heartfelt tribute was paid to the songwriter Blaoui el Houari, who died at 91 a. m. a few weeks before.
