At the foot of the lush mountain, on the edge of the charming inner road, whose shadows are always pleasant when you pedal, this guesthouse has 5 single rooms adjoining each other and overlooking the garden. Sylvania is particularly attentive to the comfort of her guests. Her rooms are all equipped with air conditioning, a fan, a mosquito net, a minibar and a kettle. Breakfast is served under the beautiful straw hut, which was one of the few guesthouses in La Digue at the time.

Rustige plek op fietsafstand van alles. Netjes en elke dag een nieuwe varriatie op het ontbijt(8-9). Vers fruit, toast, ei en een varriatie. Klein balkon. Televisie met cnn en euronews.

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel et très bon accueil lors de notre arrivée avec un jus frais. Les chambres sont grandes mais un peu vétustes. L’endroit est très sympa (au milieu de l’île) et les petits déjeuners sont excellents avec des fruits frais et des pâtisseries maisons chaque jour. Les chambres étaient vraiment très propres.

I stayed at Bernique from Sep 4 to Sep 9. The location is perfect between the road to go to Grande Anse and Source d’Argent.
Very nice room, huge, with everything inside! Good TV and WiFi connection! Room was always clean so thank you so much !
The staff was also very kind and helpful! They care about you and they are really willing to help you! Thank you again for the bike! It brought me to places I’ve never imagined!
Breakfast was excellent and homemade. I really appreciated the homemade cakes, donuts or waffles every morning :) 10/10 for the banana cake, I will never forget it :p

Guest house très accueillant situé à 5’ en vélos de la plage et du ferry (je conseille de prendre un taxi pour s’y rendre car avec les valises monter c’est chaud ????).
La chambre est simple et propre, serviettes et draps changés tous les jours, dotée d’ air conditionné et télé. Une véranda équipée pour se détendre après la journée sur la plage est un plus.
Cerise sur le gâteau: le petit déjeuner. Chaque matin plat de fruit frais varié, gâteaux (celle aux bananes et carottes TOP!), pain, œufs etc.
Possibilité de louer les vélos directement ici.
Bonne rapport qualité-prix. À recommender.

Das Bett so hart, das man auch auf dem Boden schlafen kann. Alles in die Jahre gekommen und veraltet. Fenster kann man auch gleich offen lassen weil der Spalt sowieso so groß ist, das jedes Tier, etc hin durchkommt.
ABSOLUT in keinster weise die guten Bewertungen nachvollziehbar!!! Wegen dem Frühstück und dem Personal… really??
Selbst das können wir nicht bestätigen.
Achja und das beste, am Ende MUSS die Unterkunft in Bar gezahlt werden, ohne das zuvor auch nicht ein einziges Wort darüber verloren wird und man sich dann anhören kann, das man selbst dafür verantwortlich ist sich darum zu kümmern und nachzufragen und man versucht abzuhauen ohne zu bezahlen. Das war mit Abstand die Krönung.
Erlaubnis eine Unterkunft zu führen, sollte man am besten gleich entziehen!
