Rooms
New Ocean room
All rooms are around 55 m², with a balcony or terrace providing ample living space.
Room decor incorporates elements of the sea. Subtle shades of blue and turquoise capture these elements that permeate the rooms.
These rooms are reserved for adults only (16 years and over); 2 people maximum.
Superior room
The spacious rooms (65 m²) are scattered around the main building housing the reception and main restaurant, where water meanders through fish ponds and lush tropical gardens amid a profusion of flowers to create a "zen" atmosphere.
They can accommodate up to 3 people (including a maximum of 2 adults).
Honeymoon suite
These rooms are suitable for 2 adults only.
Family Suite
Two of the suites include a master bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed in the living room for the children. One bathroom.
The other two suites have the parents' bed in the main living room and a separate bedroom for the children. Two bathrooms.
In both configurations, it is possible to add an extra bed or crib.
The suites can accommodate up to 5 people (maximum 3 adults).
Villa 180
The kitchen, dining room and living room are on the first floor with a covered terrace, while the upper floor houses the three bedrooms and a small sitting area.
A rental car is included in the booking.
It can accommodate up to 6 people.
Villa 270
It's the ideal getaway for large families or groups of friends who want to enjoy the hotel's facilities while enjoying their own privacy.
The villa is decorated and furnished in a contemporary style, with interior decor reflecting its natural surroundings and breathtaking views. All dining facilities are located on the terrace. Breathtaking views over the Côte d'Or bay.
Rental cars suitable for your group are included in the booking.
Villa 270° can accommodate up to 12 people (with 1 extra bed per room).
Villa 360
On arrival, guests are greeted in a landing area amidst a colorful garden of tropical plants and palm trees leading to an impressive entrance through large solid wood doors.
The villa is divided into 2 sections - a spacious living room with a large modern kitchen and sitting area, contemporary furnishings, and a covered outdoor terrace with barbecue area. The minimalist furnishings and decor are enhanced by unique decorative pieces. The living area extends onto an open terrace with an infinity pool. The relaxation area is completed by an aero therapy pool and signature outdoor furniture.
The upper floor boasts a vast open terrace with a top-of-the-range 5-person Jacuzzi, comfortable and stylish outdoor furniture, and a private air-conditioned gym set in a glass cube offering spectacular views.
The bedroom section includes 4 en-suite bedrooms, large walk-in closets, spacious bathrooms and indoor/outdoor showers - with the mountain-side bathrooms offering the added bonus of a suspended bathtub. Other amenities: IDD telephone, satellite TV in all rooms and lounge, free Wi-Fi, in-room safe and all the conveniences of modern luxury.
The villa is tastefully decorated and furnished with state-of-the-art modern furniture and stunning decorative pieces. LE DUC DE PRASLIN has 43 rooms, including 4 standard deluxe rooms of 55 m2, 20 new rooms of 64 m2, 4 honeymoon rooms of 75 m2, 2 large restored family suites of one room of 100 m2, 2 two-bedroom family apartments of 135 m2 and two new villas a minute's drive up the slope above the hotel, offering spectacular views of the Gold Coast.
All rooms are spacious and each has a veranda and en suite bathroom with bath and shower. All rooms are air conditioned.
The rooms are equipped with a safe, free Wi-Fi, TV (etc): everything you need.

La chambre Océan ne fait jamais 55 m2 tout au plus 40 m2
La vue mer est gâchée par un horrible chapiteau
Le prix est trop élevé pour le niveau des prestations
Le wifi est instable

Le restaurant vue mer n est pas utilisé pour petits déjeuners et dîners en demi-pension, c est bien dommage
Pour couronner le tout on a essayé de nous facturer des cocktails supplémentaires….

Monsieur le propriétaire, la politesse est de mise pour perdurer et il faudra apprendre à accepter la critique à l avenir
Perfect location, close to the harbour, close to the famous beaches and boat trip departure.
You will have to choice between the quiet area and the modern building which then seems both super great.
And let’s talk about the owner of the hotel, coming to talk to his clients every day and willing to help for anything.

I want to highlight the hotel's interior, you'll feel a special atmosphere as soon as you enter the reception! We were definitely pleased with the rooms! Huge, clean, and bright rooms that have everything you need for a good rest. The hotel also provides beach bags as a gift for your convenience. There's a luxurious balcony with an ocean view where we spent many warm and cozy evenings.
The hotel has a swimming pool and a beautiful relaxation area near it. During the hot part of the day, we loved to relax there.
I want to mention the hotel's restaurant and cuisine separately! It's just wow! Every day there was something special! Grill, sushi, lots of desserts, and tasty wine! The staff is extremely responsive, which makes this place even better and warmer!
