The 1999 earthquake made it one of Jiji's main attractions. This temple was struck by nature, and totally collapsed. The roof now touches the ground, offering a terrifying but particularly impressive spectacle, given the concrete architecture! One suddenly becomes aware of the terrible violence of an earthquake. And then, this totally anonymous temple has become a curiosity that now attracts many tourists, to the point where restoration work is no longer on the agenda.
