SHISANHANG MUSEUM OF ARCHAEOLOGY

Opened in 2003, this museum with its futuristic architecture highlights the cultural and artistic heritage of the aboriginal populations (the Shisanhang culture) who lived in the region nearly 2000 years ago. Several rooms are dedicated to the Aboriginal way of life, and the visit is fun. Some pieces are really exceptional in this country where archaeological excavations are rare. Temporary exhibitions are sometimes organized.
