Opened in 2014, this ice bar has quickly become a sensation in Taipei in just a few years. Opened by a Taiwanese who discovered the principle of the smoothie during his studies in the United States, the restaurant is especially famous for its mango preparations, a real Proust madeleine for the owner, who enjoyed it as a child. But for Westerners, the surprise is total: these ice creams are real works of art, covered with tea jelly, tapioca beads, whole fruits (grown in Taiwan) etc.
