YONGKANG STAIRS

Yongkang stairs, also known as "The green steps" is a rather charming café, especially thanks to its garden terrace, a rare feature in Taiwan. It is very pleasant to spend the late afternoon there when the weather permits. Attended by many Korean and Japanese tourists, the place can be quite noisy if you come at the wrong time. But with pastries as delicious as the setting, you always come back with pleasure. The only real flaw is the prices, which are far too high compared to the rest of the city.
