CARNEGIES

The Carnegies is a well-known address in Taipei, with its longest shooter list in Asia (over 360), its large wooden terrace where barbecues are regularly held and its Ladies' night on Wednesday nights (free champagne and entry for women). At the end of the evening, the Carnegies takes on the appearance of a club, and the atmosphere becomes explosive when, around 11pm, the crowd - rather young and student - starts to dance around the tables. The music is essentially Anglo-Saxon with pop-rock tones.
