XIMEN JING-WUCHANG

One of our favorite izakaya in Taipei. Located in a small alleyway away from the frenetic bustle of Ximending, this small restaurant seduces with its warm and unpretentious atmosphere. Not to mention that cooks prepare delicious Japanese tapas, such as the octopus salad or their famous karaage (fried chicken à la nipponne). If the prices are affordable, the bill can be a hefty one as you order different dishes, unless you share them with friends.
