VEGE CREEK

A trendy and very nice vegetarian restaurant in an alleyway north of the Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall. The presentation of the wall garden, where the cooks come directly to choose their ingredients and simple but well prepared dishes, is appreciated. Vege Creek offers many original recipes, proof that Taiwanese gastronomy is perfectly adapted to a cuisine without animal products. The restaurant is quite small, and it can be crowded at lunchtime. But the line is never very long.
