This restaurant, opened in 1991, offers a fusion cuisine combining French inspiration and Japanese techniques. Around the fifteen teppanyaki tables, the chefs show exemplary dexterity in handling the spatulas, with the Omi beef cooking to perfection. Be careful however, if the price of the menus is fixed, extras are to be foreseen according to the desired meat and fish. A real treat for the senses. Possibility to order a menu for two people at a reduced rate. Several à la carte specialties as well.
