This restaurant offers Mongolian fondues (spicy and non-spicy soup with several dozen aromatic and medicinal herbs), also called hot pots. The idea is to cook the meat in the broth, kept warm thanks to a cooking plate integrated into the table. All you have to do is choose your meat from an impressive all-you-can-eat buffet. Ideal for heavy eaters. This is a channel that is found in a few other Taiwanese cities.
