The Golden Foundation was Taiwan's first incoming agency. Founded in 1971 by a pioneer in the local tourism industry, Mrs. Jean Chang, the Golden Foundation specializes in welcoming European and American travelers. Most of their team members are therefore English-speaking and one of their guides is even French-speaking. The agency offers cruises to discover the islands of the Strait every week, as well as all the services of a traditional receptive: hotel reservations, transportation, guided tours, etc.
