This small Chinese temple, also known as the Shrine of the Serene Light, is one of the oldest in Phuket Town. Built in 1891, its architecture is typical of the Fujian region, from which many of Phuket's Chinese Thais originated. Previously accessible only via a narrow alleyway, its entrance has since been widened so that everyone can enjoy its beauty.
