Since childhood, Julien has been immersed in the world of preserves, a know-how passed on by his grandparents, which he then perfected by training in the Perche region. Today, he creates his recipes by hand, using organic ingredients from the Auvergne region. His range of aperitif spreads is divided into two families: 100% plant-based and cheese-based, combining vegetables and cheeses with originality. The range also includes veloutés, preserves of cooked vegetables and sauces, all made with the utmost care. You'll find them in organic stores, delicatessens and wine shops. Perfect as gifts or to enjoy at home, they can also be enjoyed on site at lunchtime, at La Guinguette.
