CLAC, la Conserverie Locale Artisanale & Créative, creates spreads and preserves from organic and local vegetables.
Fallen into the world of preserves since his early childhood, Julien trained himself in the art of preserving in Brittany and in the Perche region. Today, he develops his own recipes by hand, using organic ingredients from the Auvergne. Two ranges of aperitif spreads are available: the cheesy ones, an original range of spreads combining a vegetable and a cheese, and the vegan ones, 100% vegetable spreads. Clac! also offers velvety soups, canned vegetables and sauces. These excellent little jars are distributed in organic stores, delicatessens and wine shops throughout France. They are perfect to offer or to treat yourself!
