The best Japanese restaurant in Hua Hin is in the Centara Grand Beach Resort, the former Hilton. It serves authentic Japanese cuisine, traditional and contemporary, executed with great mastery and presented in an artistic manner. Teppanyaki, tempura, sushi, sashimi, maki, Kobe beef... It's all delicious. We scroll through the menu on an ipad and order directly. The large, airy terrace is appreciated.
