A peaceful park in Khon Kaen, home to numerous temples, where you can picnic in the shade of a tree.
When city dwellers want a bit of peace and quiet and a breath of fresh air, they head for the landscaped shores of the lake. It's also a favorite spot for sports enthusiasts when the heat isn't too oppressive. It's an ideal spot for a picnic in the shade of a tree. Small restaurants and street food stalls are scattered here and there, including the famous Bua Luang to the north of the lake. Numerous temples can also be found on the shores.
