The hotel is part of a large complex that includes a shopping center (Topland Plaza), two restaurants, several lounges and cafés, a massage salon, swimming pool, snooker room, karaoke bar and even a fast-food restaurant. A resolutely modern, massive hotel, unique in its kind with geometric white surfaces and dark bay windows. A 252-room complex with refined decor. The hotel mainly targets Western and Japanese customers. The Café Royal buffet (2nd level) is open to non-residents.

Grandes chambres confortables, propres et bien équipées. Ambiance impersonnelle d'un grand hôtel moderne, au bord d'une route très fréquentée.
Pas d'animation autour, il faut prendre un taxi pour sortir.

Grand Hôtel propre. accueil sympa mais c'est un peu l'industrie. Convient bien pour 1 ou 2 jours lorsque l'on fait un circuit. Nourriture correcte. Bien situé dans Phitsanulok.
