A temple with typically Khmer architecture, from the famous Bayon period, famous for the heads sculpted on its 4 faces.

Temple of typical Khmer architecture, from the famous Bayon period, with heads carved on all four sides. These three prang honoured the Hindu deities: Brahma the creator, Vishnu the protector and Shiva the destroyer King Narai had the temple restored by adding symbols of a Buddhist nature. All around it is the fiefdom of monkeys who are looking for the slightest opportunity to steal food and heckle the tourist on the run. It should be noted that the temple is entirely visible from the outside.
