The cellar, created nearly 30 years ago by Denis Bretonnière, was taken over by Benjamin Lanz. The latter jumped at the opportunity to make his passion his profession. The store is located on the first floor of the Grandseigne mansion (^17th century), as well as in its cellars dug into the volcanic tuff. On several levels, they bear witness to past eras.
