The Citizen's Space is a place for information on sports and cultural news. This is where young people can pick up the tickets offered in the monthly magazine dedicated to them, the Citénews. It is one of the points of sale for the Cité Jeunes card, which promotes culture and sports and gives access to preferential rates for movie tickets, concerts, museums, sports activities, festivals, etc. It is reserved for young people from 12 to 27 years old. The space offers computers with Internet connection and training in their use.

The Maison de la vie étudiante brings together student associations and provides everyone with a medical and social service, an information and orientation service, the university sports federation, the handisport association, road safety offices, Avef, etc. It also provides work rooms, music rooms, a cafeteria... The forum and the multipurpose room can be reserved for animations. Events are organized there.

The Inter University Health Service has several dispatchés services in the various faculties. The medical service offers free general and specialized medical consultations - gynaecology, sport, tobacco, tropical diseases. The health care service provides care, outpatient treatments and conducts preventive and education activities. Social service receives persons in physical or other difficulty. A psychological assistance office offers consultations in psychiatry, psychoanalysis, psychology and therapies.

The CROUS offers various services to improve the living and working conditions of students. In terms of housing, it manages a pool of rooms and studios and offers a search portal via its Locaviz platform. The same goes for jobs, with the Jobaviz search engine. The CROUS also oversees several restaurants, including two upscale ones located in Jaude and Hauts-de-l'Artière. In addition to traditional social actions (scholarships, aid, temporary jobs), the CROUS has its own cultural program: 2 exhibition halls, concert halls and screening rooms.
