CAFÉ BALLAINVILLIERS

The oldest bar in Clermont-Ferrand, founded in 1877, has remained over the years and through the various managers, an ideal meeting place to spend a nice moment. The authentic establishment, with the air of a Parisian brasserie, has a beautiful sheltered terrace. At noon, the coffee is replaced by formulas and copious plates. The menu, which changes daily, features only dishes prepared with fresh products. Pig's head marinated in honey, lasagna, filet of saithe and lentils: the cooking of the chef Blandine goes perfectly with the atmosphere.
