Served by public transport, it is close to the bus station. The reception and dining areas have recently been renovated, and the rooms are gradually being refurbished. A lounge bar is open to all. The top floor is reserved for seminars, with four modular, well-equipped lounges.

Hôtel correct mais loin d'un vrai hôtel 4 étoiles! Sauna ne fonctionnant pas (et on le constate par soi même) , fenêtre mal isolée, parking de 15 euros en plus par jour.... Bref décevant. Seul le petit déjeuner reste de choix et qualité.

L'accueil était très agréable, la chambre correct. Pour un Kyriad prestige je m'attendais a un peu plus.
Choix pas très varié pour le petit dej.

Very beautiful hotel, recently renovated; nice interior. The room was not so big but big enough. One downside is that it was extremely hot on our bedroom, had to sleep with the window open with all the noise from the city madness. ????
Breakfast is a bit expensive (18 euro pp) but it was very good and a lot of options.

J’hésite entre 3 et 4, mais sur un hôtel 4 étoiles le niveau d’exigence est plus élevé du coup je pinaille plus. Avant tout cet hôtel est très bien situé au cœur de Clermont, il est assez facile de se garer, le hall d’accueil est bien décoré, tendance. Les chambres sont suffisamment spacieuses et calmes.

Pourquoi je mets 3, avant tout j’arrive il y a 2 personnes à l’accueil une qui travaille et l’autre qui pianote sur son tel, il y a peut être une raison à cela, mais quand tu arrives dans un hôtel tu veux ta chambre rapidement. Il y avait 3 personnes devant, mais bon il pianote toujours sur son tel.
Les chambres sont spacieuses , déco correcte, mais peinture ocre, ça plait ou ça ne plait pas, la salle de bain est dans son jus.
Dans les critères d’un 4 étoiles il devrait y avoir un restaurant, cet hôtel propose bocaux et planches apéro, mais ce n’est pas top, bon il y a des restos à moins de 1 km, mais ce n’est pas pareil.
