Hotel with restaurant a stone's throw from the SNCF station in Clermont-Ferrand.
Just across from the SNCF train station, a fifteen-minute walk from Polydôme or the historic center, the location is well served by public transportation. Although the neighborhood is not the most cozy, the hotel is a good address. The rooms are comfortable, modern and quiet despite the traffic. The reception is very nice and accommodating; the smile of the owner is always pleasant, even during the lunch rush! Because yes, Les Commerçants is also a restaurant where it is good to have lunch or dinner. The workers of the district answer present!

Malheureusement la cuisine n’était pas bonne non plus. La truffade était sans goût - pas d’ail, pas d’assaisonnement, très peu de fromage. En plus, c’était censé être un plat, mais la quantité était plutôt pour une entrée (un peu de truffade, 3 tranches de jambon et 2 feuilles de laitue avec une sauce horrible). Le faux-filet n’était pas bon non plus. Trop cuit et pas goûteux. En plus, la viande a été accompagnée d’un taboulé qui a été pas mauvais, mais ça ne correspondait pas du tout au plat.
