In a warm, intimate and elegant place, come and appreciate the cuisine of the Amphitryon Capucine. In a cosy room and a small lounge, the restaurant welcomes its guests with great refinement. In the kitchen, Chef Christophe Kovaks offers a very careful, innovative and gourmet cuisine. To give you an example of an original gourmet creation, let's mention as a starter the pressed duck foie gras from the Domaine de Limagne with soft fruits and chestnut caramel, as a main course the hare à la royale (boned hare, rolled with a fine stuffing and foie gras), and for dessert the sweet tapas. Don't miss the prepared cheese (a small local specialty).

Nous avons passé un très bon moment, le Menu L’Esquisse était vraiment superbe. Le velouté de champignons à l’huile de truffe était magnifique, tout comme la crème glacée cabecou et le tartare de thon, de belles surprises tout au long du repas !

Toujours un immense plaisir que de venir en ce lieu. La nourriture y est exquise, l'accueil exemplaire et la Maîtresse de ce temple des saveurs est aux petits soins pour ses clients. Un sans-faute!
