Excellent truffles in a brewery in Clermont-Ferrand, a gourmet corner of the Centre Jaude in Auvergne

Le Dôme is the gourmet corner of the Centre Jaude. In a light-filled space away from the crowds, the brasserie serves local produce. These include roast Saint-Nectaire and aligot, but the star of the restaurant is the truffade. Some would even say it's the best in town! Prepared with local ham, it's served solemnly in its steaming pan, to be shared among guests. The varied menu caters for all budgets. The welcome is remarkable, even on busy days. Nous avons découvert le restaurant par hasard en ballade. Nous voulions goûter un plat locale et nous avons pas était déçu ! Nous avons "seulement" pris une truffade (saumon et jambon) et nous avons était battu. C'était excellent mais nous avons caler ????

Absolument génial ! La truffade est excellente et tout est super copieux. Ils vous proposent même de vous faire un paquet pour ramener les restes sans avoir à le demander! Le personnel est top sympa! Nous reviendrons :)
