In one of the main streets of the historic city of Montferrand is a nice address. Its menu is ambitious and gourmet and the presentation of the dishes is meticulous. The dishes set the tone on a slate that is renewed every day. For the main course, our heart sways between the pork chop, white asparagus, bacon and ewe's milk or the scallops, creamy polenta and oyster mushrooms. The appetizers and desserts are as delicious as the dishes. A real cook's work is done and you can feel it. Well-felt combinations of flavors and precise seasonings satisfied our desire for good things. The very pleasant setting and the smiling service add to the charm of the place.

Oui la déco est sobre mais quel contraste avec l assiette!
tout est "simplement" bon travaillé et servit dans la bonne humeur.
-simplement correspond à des heures de travailles respectueuses du goût des produits et des personnes qui défilent pour pouvoir les appréciées...
