The new chef of the Chardonnay, Maxence Lariviere, is the former second chef of the house, which has kept its Michelin Bib Gourmand. The restaurant is still a must in the bistronomy of Clermont-Ferrand, with a very good quality-price ratio. The short menu highlights seasonal products. The dishes that arrive on the table are beautifully presented and seduce the eyes before conquering the palate and warming the heart.

Découvert par hasard. Tout était très bon pour un menu du midi à 22 € avec des petits détails originaux. Accueil et ambiance très sympathique près de la cathédrale. Bravo.

Une très belle adresse à proximité immédiate de la cathédrale de Clermont.
Nous sommes venus pour un déjeuner en famille (7 convives dont 3 enfants).
L’accueil est très chaleureux, les mets sont de grande qualité, une belle carte des vins, on fait ici très bien le métier de restaurateur, et on sent que c’est fait avec plaisir.
