All dishes are made with local, seasonal produce: 2 or 3 starters, main courses (lentil dahl, poultry blanquette, for example) and desserts. Plates are well presented, flavors mingle and service is attentive.

J’ai eu la chance de déjeuner dans ce beau restaurant flambant neuf et bien décoré. Non seulement le service est super agréable mais la cuisine est à tomber par terre.
C’est LE restaurant où il faut déjeuner à Clermont centre !

Cuisine raffinée, très beaux plats. Nous avons pris le dos de maigre et brocolis, un vrai régal! Le dessert (crème brûlée) était excellent également. Un bon équilibre entre les goûts et les textures. Cadre calme et agréable même avec 2 enfants en bas âge (une chaise haute aurait été un petit + mais ils étaient bien installés quand même). Service rapide. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.
