Audrey and Simon fell in love with the Auvergne while on vacation and promised themselves to open their first restaurant here. It's done and in the heart of the city, in the former premises of the brasserie Chez Flo. They propose a bistronomic cuisine based on fresh, seasonal and local products. The fruits come from Gerzat, the pork from Volvic and the trout from Sancy. The menu changes almost every day. The wines are 100% natural and guaranteed without chemical treatment. A simple and efficient address, which has already received its first Michelin plate.

Je recommande vivement ce restaurant. L'accueil très agréable et courtois était parfait. La cuisine est très bonne et bien présenté ce qui met très bien en valeur les produits. La carte est simple mais très bien élaboré. Le lieu est plus que sympathique non loin de la cathédrale. La qualité du service était à la hauteur de la qualité des plats.le rapport qualité prix est très bien, les plats sont copieux

Un excellent resto français.

Semi gastro mais avec des prix de bonne brasseries.

L’acceuil de la patrone est très agréable. Ces conseils aussi.

L’agneau, les pleurotes et le fondant était parfaits.

Dommage que j’habite pas à Clermont :)
