Restaurant with terrace offering local quality products.

The menu is designed by chefs Cyrille Zen and Éric Manenc and will change with the seasons. Among the must-try dishes: perfect egg at 64°C, coquillettes risotto and truffle cream, beef filet from Aubrac. The local products are of high quality, Paula and Peter Dance for the vegetables, Auvergne marée, Boucherie Challier, Charcuterie Laborie are among the partner producers. The setting is pleasant: design room and terrace overlooking the Place de la Victoire and the cathedral.

Bar sympathique bondé tous les soirs sur une place piétonne à l'abri de toute pollution. Terrasse agréable en été. En hiver nous préférons l'intérieur bien évidemment. Tarifs très raisonnables, planches de charcuteries et fromages excellentes et copieuses et personnel charmant.

Déjeuner - un burger et une truffade - 24€ et 22€ - bacon très dur… oignons… bof … potatoes pas cuites … truffade sans saveur - jambon cru de basse qualité - salade accompagnant la truffade à la vinaigrette immangeable - le serveur a sourit à l’encaissement … hyper déçu… pourtant ça présentait bien
Toilettes malodorantes…
Bref je ne reviendrai pas !!
