Restaurant offering dishes prepared with passion by the chef Julien Chabert.
Chef Julien Chabert delights us with his passionately prepared dishes. Gourmandise is the order of the day. The dishes on the à la carte menu are proof of this: 12-hour braised beef casserole, hearty jus, homemade aligot and glazed carrots, or roast hake with seasonal vegetables are just two examples. The chef doesn't forget to stick to the basics, using only the finest local produce. In terms of ambiance, the dining room is sober and the welcome discreet. The establishment is perfectly positioned on the central plateau. It's one of the few restaurants open on Monday evenings.

Une très belle adresse! Des plats simples et tellement bien construits, les produits sont sélectionnés avec soin et cela se ressent dans l’assiette même un tartare de bœuf prend un relief rare. C’est un sans faute jusqu’au dessert (le chou à la fraise était délicieux). Une mention spéciale pour le menu enfant qui contrairement à la majorité des restaurants fait découvrir aussi la bistronomie aux plus petits et pas un basique nuggets frite.

Accueil très bien, serveur très gentil et petitre salle mignonne (ancienne cave) mais un peu bruyante quand il ya deux groupe de 8.. La cuisine est très bonne. Petit bémol sur le prix final... Nous avons trouvé cela un peu cher pour la quantité dans les assiettes. Pour ce tarif là nous aurions apprécier peut être un petite mise en bouche ainsi qu'un petit accompagnement avec les apéritif et sans trop exagéré un petit biscuit avec notre café .... Un petit effort est cela aurai été parfait.
