Restaurant proposing to the menu truffade and bourriols.

Here, Auvergne's culinary heritage meets modern street food! On the menu: truffade and bourriols. While the former can be served with a slice of dry-cured ham, the more adventurous will choose it with pastrami or pulled pork. Bourriols, thick Cantal pancakes, are topped with Auvergne ham, free-range poultry and organic smoked trout, and are also available in a vegetarian version. Pulled pork and vegetarian burgers have also joined the menu. All served with a soup or salad of crudités and homemade pickles.

Pour l’instant je laisse cet avis car n’as pas ete convaincu de la bouffe. Est ce que c’etait un mauvais jour je sais pas. J’y retournerai dans quelque temps afin de savoir si mon avis va etre modifie ou pas.
