"Fresh products... and truck-made! "announces the food-truck. From the classic pasta carbonara to the stuffed pasta, there is a breath of Italy here. The same goes for the dishes which change every day: cod brandade, sausage rougail, rabbit in cider... everything is home-made. Whatever you choose, the dishes are tasty. We even fall for a small dessert. The portions are generous. The lunch break definitely becomes greedy with Debout les Papilles. Small dishes to be tasted in Clermont and its surroundings.
