You choose the menu proposed by the chef (two menus per year and two standard menus), he takes care of the purchases (mainly from the three Cournon markets), prepares the plates and concocts a meal, at home and with you, for six or more guests (gambas, sweetbreads, red mullet, hind, mousse, tiramisu...).
