Good address for red meat lovers.
Le Rallye is a well-known address for red meat lovers. Different cuts of excellent quality can be ordered by weight, from 150 g upwards. Every lunchtime, the restaurant is packed. André Tourette, a former butcher, knows his products and how to prepare them well, with good homemade sauces and the inevitable French fries. The wine list is full of choice. The welcome can sometimes seem a little too hasty, in the same vein as many Parisian bistros. This may be a problem for those who are not used to the place.

J'attends d'un restaurant spécialisé dans la viande un peu plus de mise en valeur du terroir local . l'Auvergne est le berceau des races à viande les plus nobles et pourtant les viandes sont d'origine de la communauté européenne ici. Après recherche la patronne nous informe que le faux filet et le filet sont locaux. C'est déjà ça ????.
