Japanese restaurant offering fresh and hearty dishes.

A little hidden behind the Ballainvilliers bus stop, Konnichiwa is not the most famous Japanese restaurant in Clermont-Ferrand and yet it would be a shame to miss it. Don't be fooled by its dark front or by its old-fashioned and cold decoration. The welcome is pleasant, the atmosphere soft and serene, perfect to savor your traditional sushis, sashimis, makis and skewers accompanied by a small pitcher of warm sake or a Japanese beer. The dishes are fresh and hearty. The place has a good number of regulars, we understand why. On the spot or to take away, you will find the most typical specialities of the country of the Rising Sun, gathered in dozens of menus.

Excellent ! Restaurant authentique. Sushis, sashimi, makis savoureux, brochettes au feu de bois. Service au top. Je n’avais pas trouvé ce niveau de restaurant dans d’autres villes depuis notre retour comme expatriés en Thaïlande. Souvent ce sont des chaînes assez décevantes. Je recommande.
