Restaurant offering home-made dishes with fresh products.
L'Impreza with its world flavors is no more but the address continues to make you travel. L'Alant is for Alexia and Antoine, Corsicans at heart. After a few years working in the restaurant business, they decided to come and set up their own establishment in Alexia's native region. In their luggage, their Corsican suppliers follow them and allow us to taste typical charcuterie and cheeses. The products are fresh, the dishes homemade and it is the occasion to taste Corsican wines. The tasty zucchini fritters and the fiadone - a kind of cheesecake with bush - are worth the detour, whether to have an aperitif or to eat.

Endroit très sympathique dans une rue sans voiture. Le dessert, le fondant à la châtaigne est juste une merveille ! J ai tenté de négocier la recette....en vain!

Vous êtes le premier à nous informer que ce plat végétarien ( en l’occurrence un risotto aux asperges vertes, olives noires et tomates séchées) n’est pas très copieux. La prochaine fois, n’hésitez pas à nous le transmettre au cours du repas lorsque nous venons vous voir ou lors de l’encaissement… faut croire qu’un avis sur Google vaut mieux qu’un échange en réel.
