Une honte! 2 mois après la location du camion, ada m'appel concernant un pv de stationnement qui aurait été fait au moment de mon déménagement, et m'annonce la somme de 55€ à régler, pour 20€ de pv et 35€ de frais de gestion!! Oui, ada récupère 35€ pour une amende de 20€, sans aucune raison valable. J'essaye désespérément d'obtenir des renseignements sur ces "35€", mais mon interlocuteur au téléphone qui semble plutôt nerveux n'est pas à même de me répondre. Je demande à parler avec le responsable de l'agence de Clermont-ferrand, et après un bref instant on me répond mot pour mot "qu'il ne prend pas la peine de répondre à ce genre de question". Bref on l'aura compris, ada Clermont-ferrand est une belle arnaque à éviter, non seulement leur prix sont plus cher que la concurrence, mais leur malhonnêteté mérite tout simplement de passer son chemin.
