Cutlery was born in the early ^19th century in Thiers, thanks to Philippe Sabatier, the man behind the brand's success. Our kitchen knives are entirely forged from a single piece of Z50C13 steel. They are manufactured exclusively in Thiers using traditional techniques. In addition to a wide range of kitchen knives, Sabatier also offers table knives, pocket knives, hunting knives, etc. Sabatier cutlery is also famous for its Brin d'Auvergne, a pocket knife whose back blade reproduces the relief of the Puys mountain range.

Patrick Grammatico's store sells not only scissors and pruning shears, but also Le Thiers knives, manufactured by the Locau® cutlery company, which he has run for over fifteen years. The items are as beautiful as the antique furniture on which they are displayed. Knives and kitchen accessories, pocket knives, table knives, scissors and gardening items, for professionals and private customers alike, are all showcased here. The boutique also sells other brands such as Fisher-Bargoin and Gentleman Barbier. Patrick can also repair and sharpen your blades.
