Restaurant offering a tasty and hearty meal with local products.
Auvergne ham, blue cheese, cantal, Salers pavé with fourme d'Ambert cheese: local products feature prominently on the menu. In the midst of salads, pizzas and tarts, you'll find specialties such as castellade, made with potatoes, Saint-Nectaire and cantal au gratin, accompanied by charcuterie. A tasty, hearty dish that's a pleasure to discover. The portions are generous. A small reservation concerning the service, which was rather long during our visit: perhaps this was due to the restaurant being so busy that day?

En cure à Châtel-Guyon, une récréation d'un soir à la recherche de mets et de vins locaux. La notation de 5 étoiles tient compte de cette "récréation" et non d'un haut lieu gastronomique. Un accueil agréable, un bon service, des mets locaux. Une belle soirée. À essayer.

Nous avons été reçu très chaleureusement dans ce petit resto. Nous y avons très très bien mangé et en plus nous étions très peu donc nous avons eu la chance de pouvoir bien discuter avec les serveuses. Encore merci pour ce bel accueil et ces bons petits plats ????
