PARQUE NACIONAL EL PALMAR

The administration centre is located 12 km from the entrance. On the banks of the Rio Uruguay, it includes an information centre, the administration, a restaurant and a small museum. The remains of a lime kiln dating from 1780 can be found 1 km to the south. There you will find a map of the paths in the park. There is the possibility to organize guided tours, bike tours, horse riding and canoeing. Several trails exist: on foot or by car, according to your wishes.
